Diapers fall under the category of personal hygiene products, and therefore are not subject to return or exchange in accordance with Ukrainian legislation (Cabinet of Ministers Decree No. 172 dated 19.03.1994).

However, if you discover a manufacturing defect or flaw (such as damaged packaging or defects in the product itself), you have the right to contact our customer support service within 14 days of purchase. We will review your request and, if possible, provide a replacement product or a refund.

The warranty period and expiration date are indicated on the product packaging. The warranty does not cover products that have been used or damaged due to improper storage or usage.
