Exchange and Returns

If you have decided to return a product after purchase, please carefully review the official return rules in our store.

How can you exchange or return a product?

You can return or exchange a product within 14 days of receiving your order. This right is guaranteed by the Consumer Rights Protection Law of Ukraine.

To return a product, please make sure that:

• The product and its packaging are undamaged, with all labels and tags in place.
  
• The product has not been used: there are no signs of use, scratches, chips, wear, or other damage.
• The product you ordered is eligible for return and exchange.
• The product is placed in its packaging as it was when received.

How to submit a return request?

You can send us an email at ilamycare@gmail.com with the subject "Product Return," along with photos and a detailed description of the situation. We will process the return request ourselves, or you can contact our call center operator at the phone number provided in our contact information.

Which products are NOT eligible for return/exchange?

According to the Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 172 dated March 19, 1994, implementing certain provisions of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of Ukraine, the following items are not eligible for return:

• Medical devices: inhalers, nebulizers, medical clothing, breast pumps, bandages, compression garments, and more.
  
• Baby diapers.
• Hygiene items.
• Soft or inflatable toys.
• Baby clothing.
• Baby products (diapers, pacifiers, feeding bottles, sippy cups, etc.).
• Food products (baby formulas, porridge, purees, etc.).
• Perfumes, cosmetics, and aerosol-packaged items.
• Bed linens, towels, blankets, and throws.
• Pillows and duvets.
• Toothbrushes, razors, combs, manicure and pedicure tools.
• Underwear, bodysuits, pantyhose, and socks.
• Nightgowns, robes, pajamas, and home suits.
• Gloves and mittens.

You can return these items only if there is a defect or a discrepancy with your order.

Please note that returning or exchanging a product can only be done after prior coordination with our manager.

Return/Exchange method: Through New Mail service.

The details for sending through New Mail will be provided during the processing of the return request.

Refund process

We can process the refund or product exchange within 2-3 business days after receiving the product at our warehouse. When arranging the return of the product, you will need to provide your bank account details.
