Public offer agreement

PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT

This agreement is a public offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") and contains the terms of purchase and sale of goods on the website https://ilacare.net/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").

  1. General Provisions
    1.1. This Offer is an official proposal from the Seller to conclude a purchase and sale agreement for goods remotely.
    1.2. By accepting this Offer (placing an order and making payment for the goods), the Buyer agrees to all the terms of this Agreement.

  2. Subject of the Agreement
    2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the goods (diapers and other hygiene products) to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept them under the terms of this Agreement.
    2.2. The characteristics of the goods are specified on the Website.

  3. Order Placement
    3.1. The Buyer places an order through the Website, providing the necessary information.
    3.2. The Seller has the right to refuse an order if the goods are out of stock.

  4. Price and Payment
    4.1. The cost of the goods is indicated on the Website.
    4.2. Payment is made by cashless payment through the available payment systems.
    4.3. The order is dispatched after payment confirmation.

  5. Delivery and Receipt
    5.1. Delivery is carried out by transport companies chosen by the Buyer when placing an order.
    5.2. The cost of delivery is determined by the carrier.
    5.3. The Buyer must check the goods upon receipt.

  6. Returns and Exchanges
    6.1. Returns and exchanges of goods are possible in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
    6.2. Hygiene products of proper quality are not subject to return if they have already been unpacked or used.

  7. Warranties and Liability
    7.1. The Seller guarantees the quality of the goods in accordance with the description on the Website.
    7.2. The Buyer is responsible for improper use of the goods.

  8. Personal Data Protection
    8.1. By placing an order, the Buyer consents to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

  9. Other Conditions
    9.1. The Seller has the right to change the terms of this Agreement without prior notice to the Buyer.
    9.2. This Agreement is governed by the legislation of Ukraine.
